Returns & Refunds Policy

Poker & Keda HOMEMADE CANDLES

At Poker & Keda, each candle is hand-poured with care using premium soy wax and quality materials. We are committed to providing high-quality products and complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

Is faulty or defective
Is not of acceptable quality
Is not fit for its intended purpose
Does not match the description or images provided

If the issue is considered a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your request, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Candle Care & Usage

Our candles are designed for safe use when care instructions are followed. We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, including:

Burning for excessive periods
Not trimming the wick
Failing to follow safety or care guidelines

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Return Shipping

If the issue is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs
For any other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
